Bruce Peninsula Tour from Toronto

Let´s head to the tip of the Bruce Peninsula and explore the rugged landscape and shipwrecks! The Bruce Peninsula is home to a variety of animals, including black bears, the Mississauga rattlesnake, and the barred owl.

The North Bruce Peninsula offers some of the best scuba diving and snorkeling in North America. This is not surprising, considering the amount of shipwrecks and natural underwater rock formations found in the waters of Georgian Bay and Lake Huron.

We will stay at the cottage for 14 people close to Tobermory. and just 150 m from Lake Huron. You can walk to the beach and watch incredible sunset and shooting stars! You won´t believe that this place is just a four-hour drive from Toronto! The cottage has five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining room and a large living room with big screen tv, ping pong table and foosball table.

Just sit back and relax with a cup of coffee and chill on the patio with your new friends - we are even going to cook for you!

What´s the plan?
We will arrive to the cottage on Friday evening.

On Saturday morning after breakfast we will head Lake Cyprus and hike to the famous Grotto and Indian Head Cove. This is a great place for hiking, the water is crystal clear and there are many beautiful sightseeing spots.

The Grotto and Indian Head Cove are two of the top tourism attractions in Ontario, and for good reason. The natural rock formation and surrounding crystal clear water create a unique and memorable visitor experience.

After lunch we will continue to Bruce Peninsula National Park. There is nice 4.8 km trail starting from Visitor Centre.
Bruce Trail Burnt Point Loop
Length: 4.8km (round-trip from Visitor Centre)
Hiking Time: 1.5 - 2 hours
Difficulty: Moderate
Trail Surface: Rough, rocky sections. Sturdy footwear recommended.

After this hike we will go back to the cottage, have dinner and relax by the campfire.

On Sunday morning after breakfast and check out, we will head to Tobermory where we will take a Glass Bottome Cruise to famous Flowerpot Island. We will hike and relax at Fathom Five National Marine Park. After Flowerpot Island we will visit Tobermory where you can buy lunch (we recommend famous fish and chips) and dessert (ice cream) and walk around.

After lunch we will head Lion's Head check the famous light house and after that we will leave back to Toronto.
This is a 3-day trip.
Accommodation is at 5 bedroom cottage. Each bedroom has queen size bed and there are 3 pulled out couches in living room. You will be sharing queen size bed with another person. If you are solo travellers we will match you with another traveller of the same gender to share the room.
